Sound familiar?

I know
this feeling.

  • 01

Everyone at work talks about AI, and you are not sure whether ChatGPT is an acronym or a company.

  • 02

Maternity leave was meant to be a pause. It turned into a professional black hole.

  • 03

You open LinkedIn, see a friend „automating her workflow with AI", and close LinkedIn.

  • 04

AI courses come in 12 modules, three hours each. You have 15 minutes, while the baby sleeps.

  • 05

You would like to start, but you have no idea WHERE – so you never start at all.

  • 06

You are afraid that when you go back, you will look like someone from a previous era.

If even one of those lines sounds like you, then it is not your fault. That is exactly why this place exists.

The good news:
You do not have to figure this out alone.
You do not have to figure it out right now.
You do not have to figure all of it out at once.

What „AI na macierzyńskim" is

A place where we
figure out AI together.

A profile, a newsletter, an ebook and a community. Human language, your own pace – before you go back to the office. The written content is in Polish; 1:1 sessions run in Polish or English.

A safe space

No shame about what „you should already know". No technical jargon.

Instagram profile

@ai.na.macierzynskim – learning and inspiration, three posts a week.

Weekly newsletter

One practical use case, one piece of AI vocabulary, one thing to try. In Polish.

A community of women

Just like you – mothers going back to work after maternity leave.

Before you start

3 things about AI
worth understanding.

Before you subscribe, before you buy the ebook, before you start anything. These three will save you a lot of time and frustration.

01

AI is not your personal assistant.

It will not run your life with a small child. It will not get the baby to sleep or sit on hold with the benefits office. But in every professional decision – building a business, negotiating with clients, answering a difficult email – it is a tool that gives you back time and confidence. That is all. And that is a lot.

02

Most AI courses are not built for you.

They are either for developers (technical, „pip install langchain") or for „business" (generic, abstract). Your perspective is missing: a woman going back to work after maternity leave, between a feed and a nap. Here we get specific – from that other side.

03

You learn fastest by doing, not reading.

That is why the newsletter is „one use case a week", not „30 tools in 5 minutes". We respect the time between naps. Better to actually do one thing with AI each week than read ten articles and close the browser because the baby just woke up.

Newsletter · weekly, free

The newsletter „AI na macierzyńskim".

Making AI human – one email a week.

Every Thursday evening you get one lesson, one ready-made prompt and one real use case from work. Short enough to read between feeds.

  • One lesson: one concept or one skill, explained without a technical preamble.

  • One prompt: ready to copy, with brackets to swap for your own details.

  • One use case: a real work situation where it actually helps. No jargon, no spam.

The newsletter is written in Polish – that is where the whole community is. Sessions in the AI Clinic run in Polish or English.

Who this is for

Is this for me?

Three stories you might recognise yourself in. I know each of them – from friends, from clients and from my own experience.

01

Going back, and scared

„Everyone on the team already uses AI, and I am standing here with a pram".

You are afraid the world moved on while you were on leave. That you will return to a company where the rules changed, and you were left with nappies instead of a laptop.

02

Brain on standby

„I miss the person I was before giving birth".

You want something that stretches your mind, but you have no energy for an ambitious project. You need lightness, a bit of intellectual contact and the feeling that you are still yourself.

03

Afraid it is too much

„So much happened in a year – I am not sure I can catch up".

ChatGPT, agents, new tools, new team processes. In one year out of the office, AI grew tenfold. You need a map, not another list of 50 apps to test on your own.

Or maybe a little of each. That is fine too.

You often ask

FAQ

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No. Quite the opposite – this place is for those who have no idea where to start. I will not turn you into an expert. I will show you what is worth knowing so you go back to work feeling calmer.

What language is everything in?

The website is available in English, and 1:1 sessions in the AI Clinic run in Polish or English – your choice. The newsletter and the ebook are written in Polish.

What do I get in the newsletter?

One lesson a week. One specific prompt. One real use case. In the rhythm of life with a child – that is the whole point. Note: the newsletter is written in Polish.

Is the newsletter paid?

The newsletter is free and it stays that way. Only the products are paid – the ebook and the course. The newsletter is where you get to know the brand at no risk.

What is the ebook „Nie zniknęłaś"?

Seven honest letters to mothers going back to work. Not about AI – about coming back to yourself professionally. No pep talk, no coaching, no promise that everything will work out. Written in Polish.

When is the course?

I am working on the first edition of „AI before going back to work". I will announce the date in the newsletter first – subscribers get priority and a lower price for the first edition.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Every purchase generates a VAT invoice automatically. Buying as a company – enter your tax ID at checkout. Buying privately – you get a simplified invoice.

What will you do with my email?

Nothing beyond what we agreed. The newsletter once a week, plus the occasional note about a product launch. No selling data, no spam, no „special partner offers". You can unsubscribe in one click at any time.
